python-pgm software package provides User interfaces with embedded multimedia - Python bindings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-pgm
python-pgm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-pgm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pgm *
You will get with python-pgm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
